Salma Lahlou is a curator based in Maghreb/Morocco. She graduated in both Curatorial Studies and Law, and has a solid knowledge of cultural project management. After working as the Vice President of the National Foundation of Museums of the Kingdom of Morocco, she founded ThinkArt, an organization working in the fields of visual arts and curatorial practices, in 2014. She has curated various exhibitions, such as The Casablanca School of Fine Arts: Belkahia, Chabâa, Melehi and the Fabrication of Art and History during the sixth edition of the Marrakech Biennale in 2016, as well as In the Carpet/Über den Teppich which was shown at the ifa-Galerie Stuttgart/Germany in 2016. Salma Lahlou was a fellow as part of a cooperation between Akademie Schloss Solitude and ifa Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen in 2016.
