Maruan Paschen is a German-Palestinian author. After training as a chef, he studied at the Swiss Literary Institute, Biel/Switzerland. His works have appeared in various magazines. Kai. Eine Internatsgeschichte, published at Matthes & Seitz Berlin (2014), is his first novel. Paschen was a fellow in the field of Literature at Akademie Schloss Solitude in 2015/2016.
